一般放在句首是没有歧义的,
如果放在句中 / 句尾 就要注意有没有歧义了.

如果with在逗号后，然后这时候就要看修饰会不会歧义了，一般说来with是语法上修饰最靠近with的分句的主语。如果这个主语在逻辑上也符合，那么就没有歧义，如果不符合，就有歧义。 你可以看看prep里动物园猴子那道题，体会一下就近分句的含义。
