OG解释的意思是要分清主语是哪个，而不是说让code成为主语。provision也可以是主语，只是选项里没有以provision为主语的正确句子

provide和provision必然重复了嘛~一个词的两个形式

OG的意思就是code和provision都可能做主语，只是句子里一定要说清楚哪个是主语。不要指代不清。
