As to your quesiton, I agree with you at Q5 & Q6. The answer provided by GWD must be wrong.

However, as to Q4, the answer is A. Because scientist still have to find a theory to explain why the high temp did not exit at the interface. Your answer D is not right I think. Cause H's finding did not support any previous belief (the belief is that friction did exist) but weaken the belief. What do you think?
