40. 赛马场换地

讲一个赛马场的跑道要换泥地为人工地,因为泥地会因为天气因素的影响导致比赛不能正常进行,而该地区冬天很容易遭受影响赛马的天气,所以比赛场次在冬天也会减少。而改为人工地以后,这种情况就会相应减少很多。

有一个选项是说,人工地的修复费用比泥地高,反正被我第一个排除了。

我选的是,人工地不会因为某些特定的天气而导致不能使用,而泥地在该天气下却可以正常运作。
