我觉得有两种可能解释
一是后面有一个for pilots,难道不觉得说like...for...很奇怪么？
二是like应该更接近其修饰的名词会好些，C的话是不是会产生歧义呢？

A中 help plan和to develop是不平行的八？
但A中的the same way that 加从句感觉会比like好

逻辑上应该是"to help"和“to develop"平行，因为surgeons不会帮助doctors and nurses设计程序。

按照2楼的说法，是不是like后面只接一个名词是最好的用法，所以不应该有接一个句子或是其他复杂结构的用法？
