What are their areas of development?

What is your overall impression of this candidate?
这里第二个问题What are their areas of development? 是什么意思呢？那个their很困惑。是只带上面提到的strengths的么？
不懂这个问题要写些什么。。。

感觉应该是weakness或者potential area。但是那个their很奇怪啊。不是应该用his/her么。。。用their就感觉是 ...

这个their肯定有所指的。因为这些问题前面用了his/her，而且也不可能是因为出题的马虎。

如果这个their是指代strengths的话，那就不是再问weakness了。而是上一个问题的延伸。

主动爆weakness还是不好的吧。。。
