1A放在6位数的第一第二个位置时有P（4，4）=24种排列，1A放在第5第六个位置时也有24种排列，这样共计24+24=48种；
如果1A放在最中间即第3第4个位置，则有：C（4，2）*P（2，2）=6*2=12种；
即总共有48+12=60种排列组合。

根据题意：M中为8人。且与S,R不相交。S:12人，R：5人。
那么最大的不在委员会中的人情况应该是R中的委员同时也为S中的。
这样30－8－12＝10人。
