题目中说了 旧设备是安装过滤装置filter equipment使得燃烧后的含硫元素的物质被过滤掉   新设备是安装清除装置cleaning equipment使得S在被燃烧前就清楚掉
B选项是说新旧设备都安装cleaning equipment 和题目就冲突

原文最后的单词combustion是燃烧的意思 话说有看不懂的单词真的有很大障碍的 我也是查了单词后才明白的选项。。。

我也选的C…你应该没有仔细读题吧，你再好好看看B，它没有说题目中的新厂中是用新的烧的设备还是用化学处理设备，而是说的无关紧要的新旧厂的问题.

应该比较明显是选C吧，需要把安装设备和安装之后使用的费用分开对待。
