我觉得根据原文的意思，这两个过程是同时发生的，所以用while是正确的，其实每个词（包括汉语）都有好多个含义，如果都抠得这么细的话，那就没有正确的句子了。每个词只要在上下文的语境中能够表达出该意思就是正确的；while在这里不管是当“在。。时候”或是表示转折，都不会影响句子表达的意思。再者，即使把这个while算是一个错误，那么A选项也是这五个选项中错误的最少的一个，我们不应该选它吗？
