一个三位数用0~9组成，第一位不能是0或1，第二位数是0或1，第二位数和第三位数不能同时是0
1.第一位是2~9，   8个数
2.第二位是0和1，   2个数
3.第三位数当第二位是0时有9个数
         当第二位是1时有10个数
得出的式子和一楼一样所以。8*10+8*9=152
另外你也可以理解为 8*2*10-8*1*1（当第二位数和第三位数=0时，200，300~800，900共8个数）=152
