SUMMARY OF PROGRAM:
The successful candidate will be sponsored by the company to take part in a full-time 19 month MBA program at the Manchester Business School (http://www.mbs.ac.uk/mba/). After finishing the MBA program, this individual will spend one year gaining hands-on experience working with company in the U.K. Upon completion of the MBA course and one year working in the U.K., the individual will return to China and work with the team to establish the company.
PRINCIPAL REQUIREMENTS:
4 year undergraduate degree.
GMAT score of 620 or higher.
PERSONAL QUALITIES:
Possess an entrepreneurial, “can-do” attitude that can be substantiated by past performance
Teachable.
Willingness to work effectively in a team.
Able and willing to openly share ideas, communicate effectively and meaningfully contribute.
Possess and demonstrate an unwavering commitment to achieving goals and delivering optimal results.
Strategic in approach to solving problems; possess the ability to understand situations on a larger scale, but also the ability to manage details.
Demonstrate strong ability to execute strategy.
Must be willing to live and work in the U.K. for 2 ½ to 3 years.
LANGUAGE ABILITY:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; specifically in both spoken and written English and Mandarin.
COMPENSATION:
The company will cover all costs for the MBA program and provide a generous allowance to the successful candidate during the course of the entire program.
