为什么C,D中的it不能做为形式主语来指代逗号前的一整句句子呢？

Five fledgling sea eagles 是复数，因此BCD不能选，
raised since transplants from
Norway began in 1975.
的时态是完成时态，所以不能选E

it指代的是fledgling sea eagles则不对，因为fledgling sea eagles为复数，而it为单数。
it不能指代句子，只有在两种情况下可以指代句子，那就是it that （eg：it is said that）  和it作形式主语+to do形式。

主句里面是eagles,还有their,不能用it,只有A是正确的，做伴随状态
