设93年A，则95年A*（1+x%）(1+y%)对95年展开，可得1000（1+y/100 +x/100 +xy/10000）通过B可知

1993为1000，
1994为1000*（1+x%）
1995为1000*（1+x%）*(1+y%)

括号里乘开 1000*（xy+x+y+1）
条件2稍微转化一下就行了
