文中认为上课使得犯罪减少了，所以不许罪犯上课是不对的。C说的是那些上课的罪犯在没上课之前不会更容易犯罪。把C取非，说那些上课的罪犯在上课之前本来就不容易犯罪，也就是说上课没用，这样weaken了文中结论。

也就是说能上课就会阻止他们变成罪犯。

还有，取非是只取消一个否定词，还是两个啊？

如果选择上课的罪犯本来就不爱犯罪，不是上课的事情，那么课程就是无关的。取消不取消不要紧

你要想证明课能减少犯罪，那么就该假设罪犯是平等的，只有上课让他们变得不想犯罪。

所以假设就是选择上课的罪犯是平常人，不是不爱犯罪的人。

加强选项应该是直接告诉你只有上课让人不想犯罪。

假设选项是更深一层，告诉你罪犯是平等的。

想想美国人的脑子，不能直接得到在他们看来是假设，不是加强。

题目说的是教育其实是可以对一个人的行为产生影响的，

但是前提是这两个比较的对象在都没接受教育前本性是一样的，

如果那些接受教育的人在接受教育前就更容易犯罪，那这样的话就conclude that

indeed just the course has an positive effect on the people who are not less

likely to commit a crime before taking the course and it cause them to

influent their behavior!
