【求助】MBA推荐人组合选择求助？

求助下各位大神，目前在做初步的推荐人选择，准备提前打好招呼。针对目前大多数商学院2封推荐信的要求，并且最好有一篇是direct superviser，目前比较纠结推荐人的组合选择，求助大家。

个人分析了可选择的一些人选的优劣势，应该都能拿到推荐信：

选择1：current direct superviser。
          优势：相对了解自己，可以准备一些specific的例子，满足大多数学校direct supervisr直接推荐的要求
          劣势：相对职位和影响力一般

选择2：公司高级合伙人
          优势：职位高，在行业中有一定影响力（包括美国）
          劣势：没有直接的工作项目合作，可能只有总体定性评价，不确认能否给出一些细节评价，是否给出的评价会被Acon认为不够具有说服力

选择3：某NGO组织负责人（曾参与过NGO parttime活动）
          优势：解决了推荐人“选择1+选择2”相对单一的问题，能从另一个角度给出评价
          劣势：不是大型的NGO组织影响力有限，工作合作时间有限（3个月）

选择4：M7某学校高级管理人员（楼主是M7某校Master校友，有较多课外活动经验）
          优势（可能仅针对申请这所学校时）：解决了推荐人“选择1+选择2”相对单一的问题，能从另一个角度给出评价，被荐人较了解个人情况，在学校范围内具有一定影响力。
          劣势：直接接触不是太多，更多只是了解我的总体情况。（是否不占用推荐信名额，写一封quick letter比较好）

求助各位大神，如何准选择可能比较有利、全面和满足要求。非常感谢！

然后请他到学校系统帮你推荐

基本上所有书籍都会跟你说2没用
原因很简单
他根本不了解你，无法回答推荐信的题目
这是今年麻省理工学院的推荐信的题目
基本上2几乎无法回答任何一题
也因此所有书籍都会讲2是禁忌
曾有人找柯林顿写推荐信，连面试都没有

How long and in what capacity have you known the applicant?
How does the applicant stand out from others in a similar capacity?
Please give an example of the applicant's impact on a person, group, or organization.
Please give a representative example of how the applicant interacts with other people.
Which of the applicant's personal or professional characteristics would you change?
If you are an academic/technical recommender, please tell us how well the applicant mastered the subject you taught or supervised and in what ways did the applicant demonstrate this mastery.
Please tell us anything else you think we should know about this applicant.
