我的疑惑是这里用will...is...正确吗？难道不是would。。。was。。。？
我选了D，虽然重复了schedule很wordy。
求高人指点。

B。had to be和must意思不一样，在GMAT中，尽量保持原题的情态动词；knows应该要用复数形式，因为主语是both management and labor是符合主语，复数
C。they无指代对象
D。the schedule重复，笨拙
E。saying导致although后面的句子缺成分；
楼主：你看看08版笔记上，我不太确定，但是据我做题的经验来看，大部分情况，如果没有明确的指示词的话要维持原句的重心、情态动词和时态的。
