我觉得答案C的话用平行结构来说的话就不通啦~~~为什么这里就不需要平行结构了呢？？

wherea，while等引导的从句跟主句不用严格平行，虽然平行会更好。这里是个陷阱，平行的选项有错误，不能选。

whereas just over 33 percent of the energy in Germany comes from nuclear powwer
是不是就√了？

建议LZ从新老prep语法的“正确句子”中将所有whereas的找出来，还有OG上的~~你会发现whereas是严格要求平行的~~多利用正确句子找自己不了解的点~~受益匪浅~~我就是介样的~~效果很好~

楼上你确定？本例的wherea就不平行。我照你的说法搜索了大全的所有正确句子：

我觉得依据平行判断是做题的一个步骤，但是更主要的还是要看逻辑，也就是平时所说的句意。因为除了C选项之外的选项遭灾逻辑意义上都存在缺陷，很容易造成歧义，搞不懂energy到底指代的是哪一个。
