要削弱的结论是取消限制多猎 snow geese 可以让别的鸟生存更好。
B说的是猎鸟季每年消灭 snow geese 都足够快，不到预定时间就干掉了5%。不觉得构成削弱了，放开杀更多不是更好吗单就保护别的鸟这一方面来说。
