Selection

Candidates are required to take either of the following tests*:

  • GMAT (GMAT is a registered trademark and is the property of the Graduate Management Council Admission Council).

Language requirements

Speaking French when applying is not compulsory. Students are nevertheless expected to speak French for MSc in Management II specializations as well as internships in France.
All non-francophone students will be required to take French classes during their first year at HEC.
Candidates must be proficient in English.

Master in Management

Those applying for registration on the programme must:

Admissions procedures

The first step for all candidates applying for the international entrance examination is to complete an application file whatever the track chosen (French or English). Only after the Audencia Nantes Commission of Qualification Equivalence has considered the eligibility of the applications will the candidates be individually contacted to take oral tests.

Application pack for both tracks

  • A complete application form downloaded from the Audencia web site.

  • An official document indicating proof of identity.

  • Certified copies of university degrees translated into French or English if necessary.

  • Certified copies of official transcript of grades obtained at university and if necessary translated into French or English.

  • The amount of 70 euros by cheque made payable to Audencia or by bank transfer in euros.

Preparation for the TAME test (French option only)
In order to assist candidates in their preparation for TAME, Audencia and Espace Etudes Editions propose "le livret du TAME" that consists of three complete tests with corrections for 11 euros (including postage and packing).
Orders should be sent by post to Audencia complete with a cheque payable to Audencia. Orders will be dispatched by the school on receipt of payment.

Admissions decisions are taken by Audencia’s own jury after examination of the candidate’s application and test results.

Application to the 2009 intake available on October the 1st

Universa is a consortium of seven French Management Grandes Ecoles, namely BEM-Bordeaux Management School, Euromed Marseille Ecole de Management, ICN Graduate  Business School, Reims  Management School, Rouen School of Management, Toulouse  Business   School and ESCEM Tours Poitiers. This consortium employs a common selection procedure to recruit international candidates: a single application followed by communal examinations organised throughout the world. The Universa selection procedure leads to a Master of Science in Management degree from one of the seven partner schools (two years of study in the Grande Ecole programme).

  • 2 years of study in the Grande Ecole programme (including a minimum of six months’ internship).

  • A wide variety of Majors to choose from, including finance, marketing, management, human resources, managerial accounting, information systems, international business, communication.

  • The possibility of spending an entire year in business, and of performing a study period in an international partner university (6 to 12 months)

  • A degree that is recognised in France and throughout the world: the Master of Science in Management (Grande Ecole programme, Master’s grade), approved by the National Education Ministry

A single application with one selection process for all seven schools
