我觉得这题选D有问题。

从逻辑角度出发的话，是production也许会在年底增加两成并且提供足够的电力。

原本的逻辑顺序应该是production如果翻倍增长，会提供足够的电力给1.3 million住户。也就是如果这个预言真的发生，才会实现供电给那么多的住户。

D结构虽然平行，但逻辑不对称。
