他应该是想说。。建造这个发电机器需要大片空地。。
前提条件说XY的土地面积差不多大
但是X的人口密度比Y大的多。。
E是说。。X虽然人口密度大，但是全是集中成一撮，因此还有很多闲置地可以用来建造这个。。
而Y虽然人口密度不大，但是是分散在整个国土的各个地方，那空地就少了。。
这样没有比较懂来着？
