你看and partly because后面是recommendations，D选项的主语是diversity。这两个是不能并列的。一个是Concrete noun，另一个是Action noun。是绝对性错误。to acquire diversity可以勉强算做Action noun一类。所以E正确。不过这个句子有很多错误的地方，只要看看就好吧~希望对你有帮助哈
