in some condition.However,the freedom of speaking and behavior can not be
harmful to nation and people of this contry.

Consequently,I advocate that television and radio programs should be
carefully censored for offensive language and behavior,because (1)offensive
language and behavior can be harmful to young people;(2)offensive language
and behavior can be a damage to nation safety and stability.Due to the above-
mentioned reasons,which sometimes interwine to form logical whole and thus
become more persuasive,we may comfortablly arrive at the conclusion I support.
