我也刚复习完这道题。我的思路是：
先找结论，即对S过敏的人可以放心的喝SEVERAL WINEMAKER 的酒。
A说这些WINEMAKER通过添加不含任何过敏性物质的防腐剂，替代了S的作用。看似的确服务于结论，可以先留着。
B、C、D明显不服务与结论，排除。
E是说S除了防腐剂，还可能存在NATURAL的酒中。但是酒中S的含量不足以导致过敏。这属于排除他因。必然对。

最后，以防万一用lawyer的test也就是对AE去非。A去非后是说WINEMAKER不能找到代替S的防腐剂，这对原文毫无影响。防腐剂不填

就不填呗，又没说不填一定坏。E去非，明显否定结论，也就是不能放心喝因为NATURAL的酒本身也非常危险。
