首先简化一下题目的conclusion: innovation limited by racer's standard  (就是说bicycle的创新功能将被限制在自行车赛选手为了比赛需要而要求的一些标准上)

   简化下C选项：racer do not favor the innovations that are not considered standard. (自行车选手不会喜欢那些跟比赛需要的标准之外的创新功能）

你仔细想想，如果C不成立的话，比如你可以把C取反（就是说如果这个假设不成立），然后你再去看conclusion,明显削弱了，所以C是正确选项。
