刚被except的用法废了一小时，说下我的理解，方便后人查阅。
1.except可作动词，介词，连词。
2.except that后接句子是作连词用。She is a good teacher except that she speaks too fast。
3.except作介词用，而且有种用法，2个介词连用·We go to bed before 10, except in the summer.这种连用很常见，不要认为语法上有问题。
回归本题：
1.excepting自然表动词ing，逻辑主语language对不上。
2.domain领土用介词in符合逻辑意思，except作介词连接介词短语in the domain of
