after 用作连词后面跟从句才存在时态问题。

have increased是指今年前三个月的利润增长已经发生和对现在results of measures are evident的影响,而falling是指利润在过去的两年中一直在下跌

而是have increased，是现在完成时哦

我觉得啊 过去完成时 表示一个动作发生在另外一个动作之前。C选项increase的动作用现在完成时是表示过去的动作已经完成并强调结果的影响。而fall这个动作没有一个过去动作的参照，所以不能用过去完成时。
