请教各位NN一道PS题，我实在不知该从何下手嘞~~~A certain city with a population of 132000 is to be divided into 11 voting districts,and no district is to have a population that is more than 10 percent greater than population of any other district.What is the minimum possible population that the least populated district would have?                                                            答案为何是11000呢？ 谢谢大家了

the least population出现的情况是：1个最少的，其余10个都比它多10%。
所以，假设最少的为x，列等式：x+1.1x*10=132000，求出来x=11000。
