bryony, 这题问得好，我还真不清楚它的语法错误。我只能说一般说一个因素，像陈述一个事实，用现在时比较好吧？虽然它跟了一个可以用现在完成时的时间状语。

大家的意见呢？

我也这么convince 自己的。不过这个C总让摸不找具体的错误。

比如说这么个句子：

Up to now, there has been no effective treatment for AIDS.     --from Longman

这应该也是一个事实呀。感觉自己有点绕进去了。

has been experiencing除了强调 从过去到现在外，还强调这个事可能 持续到将来
in the last 50 years强调的是从过去到现在的一段时间，没有对未来的一种可能性，所以用has experienced更好一些
另外就像dansy说的一样，这是事实，所以C的第二个has been不是很好
