确实是A，
farmer们能通过cellurar telephone提高议价能力，所以他们就能afford（这个词原文有，所以关键）service price ,所以“will be profitable"

如果有了通讯，农民可以卖到外界了，那么就不会再低价卖给中介，而是直接以市场价格卖到外界。农民赚钱多了，就可以付花费了，公司就赚钱了

（这其实是个经济学现象，在很多领域都有，我上课正好学过一篇文章，讲孤岛上的渔夫。他们的鱼运不出去，必须低价卖给有大鱼船有冰库的收购商。）

说实话我没看大懂什么意思。 不过fixed-line company明显是无关的啊。。题目里根本没有，怎么能解释题目呢

这个题目stuck我的地方就是一遍看完没有选项是直接说明的。感觉A需要“想很多”，c也需要“想很多”。比如a, 要成立就必须假设“有了通讯，农民一定会卖出去，而且不会通过中介。”“且，赚的多了”。

当时我排除a的最大一个concern就是题目的着眼点在电信公司投资。而a说的是农民的收入，两者并没有明确的关系。C的话直接和电信公司的利益挂钩。由于时间紧就选了C。

C选项错误的原因是：break up在财务中指“保本”，即收入=成本，而原文题干中说的

是profitable，即收入>成本。两者不同

并非是成本问题, C的错误关键在于irrelavant. 典型的干扰选项.

手机运营商坚定相信他们将来能够赚钱，也就是相信将来农民一定能赚更多的钱支付的起，而现在农民支付不起，所以答案必定是说农民将来一定能挣更多的钱，这样一看只有A合适，C什么座机公司投资什么的当然都是无关选项
