B讲的是老年人。而住在NURSING HOMES的不一定都是老年人，还有残疾人。很难推出“老人变多了”这个结论。

我觉得B不对，因为B比较的是时间点（1988跟1975比），而原文比较的是时间段（"1985-1988"跟"1975-1985")。
