record number我觉得是指刷新纪录的，即今年新增的公司比去年新增的公司多。但如

果平均每家新增公司所带来的新工作也增加了，则不需要一个record number

中间出现的GAP应该是新公司数量增加-->?--> 某地区工作总量比去年增加
直接推论就是今年新公司提供工作数不如去年,否则数目一样总数不增加
