本题答案是A，但是对于that的指代，小弟这里还是有些疑问，请问这里that为何就不可以指代“individual”呢？这里的指代“就近原则"是否还起作用呢？期望NN解答，先谢过了~！

    从逻辑出发分析，create这个动作，从逻辑上应该是reactions，而不是individual。所以那些用到create单数形式的选项，其中一个错误就是creates意味着它们认为是individual创造了，因此，是错的。

不可能是人产生无意识的心理反应，这种心理反应既然是无意识的，怎么可能是individual产生的
因此， 这道题还涉及了逻辑关系的一致性问题。
