为什么D不对啊？C中being很别扭

Renoir死的时候说的最后一句话与插花这个动作是同时发生的，应该用过去进行时。
而且arrange有动词形式的选项的时候优先用动词吧~~
再说，虽然不是平行结构，但是spoken有被动的意思
“word”被“spoken”与“花儿”“被插”比较对称吧~~
