玉米中含的N不能被人体吸收的,美国人知道怎么把玉米N加工成可以吸收的vitamin,欧洲人不懂。。。。所以欧洲人就有了P,美国人都不知道神马是P

问题就是怎么解释同样吃Maize,为什么一个会得P,一个不会得。
