In MSU Broad with Scholarship and GA, 纠结中

昨天刚收到MSU，Paul 的电话告诉我Scholarship的情况，Offer给我的是，减免国际学生的additional tuition部分，按照In-state的标准交，16K。
还有GA每年6K，并免除医疗保险

MSU算是我的保底目标，目前在等Emory和Michigan Ross

请教大家，如果MSU有奖，和Emory或者Michigan Ross没有奖，大家会如何抉择啊

vote for emory or ross.
I believe money is one thing important, but u will have money eventually as u work for it. 而好的学校一辈子可能就只有一次机会，the learning expereince and alumni surrounded u would be totally different between top 20 and top 40 school. think abt it

   Thank you for the feedback. I agree with what you said about the difference between top20 and 40.

It is just I never expected to have scholarship before, so it intrigues me a little for MSU's offer.

   同样的"甜蜜的烦恼"我也有。一样是top40先给了州内学费+GA+免insurance，我当时想这可能是我能收到的最好的奖学金offer了。我很开心，基本决定去了。
一天我找了我的一个tepper mba毕业的朋友,who happen to be the VP for a F500 company, 我跟他提起这个offer。他鼓励我继续去申请更好的学校。他对我说了上面的话。人的一生会有很多经历，现在的我可能觉得钱很重要，因为我的学费一大部分还是要靠父母资助，我也希望我的教育不会变成他们的负担。但我们要相信终究有一天，我们都会挣回这笔钱，而那时却不一定再有那么多的机会让我们去dream school了。
后来我没有放弃，我收到top 20没有一分钱的admit
但那是我的dream school. I choose this one.
我也不知道现在的选择是否是wise choice.but at least I know I want to be there.

Ask yourself, where u belong to is where ur heart is

   呵呵，是啊，所以我当时选了MSU作为做保守的application

现在看来可能确实太保守了

    特别感谢你的分享，我们的情况确实很类似啊，我的大部分学费也是父母资助，所以心里觉得还挺有压力的，你的话我收藏啦
