解答是A,我选的是B,因为如果是要evaluating the argument不就是要判断有无其他影响因素吗?如果选A那跟选C有何差异,我觉得两者都关系到成本或价格

A选项 如果回答YES，说明只能用extracting uranium from seawater 的方法，削弱文章；如果回答NO，支持文章。

B我应该是无关，回答YES/NO ，对文章起不到效果。

所谓评价的意思就是说，回答、否会对文章结论起到增强、削弱作用。很多GTer都不能很好的读懂文章的结论，所以无法答对题目。本文结论是“直到从水中提取铀的成本降低才能使其可行”
而A之所以能够评价，因为 如果陆地的铀即将枯竭，那么价格会因为稀缺性而上涨，从而超过现有的从水中提取铀的成本，从而使其可行。（但是这却反驳了文章结论中的“直到”）

说说C，假设其他条件不变，不管有没有科技的发展，原文的陈述：“直到。。。”都是对的，因为如果没有科技，就继续等待，如果有科技，那么就“到”了

最后说B，或许你考虑的是运输的成本问题，但是文章中提到的产地，和市场或许不是同一个地方,而且从海水中提取铀，也会涉及到相同问题。最后，也是最重要的，GMAT有一个亘古不变的原则，不要过度引申，如果没有提到，就当做“均匀、一致”处理

直到成本更低，什么叫直到？就是说没有到就继续等。。。什么时候有了什么时候算。
所以如果有技术，却是增强；但是没有技术就不能使得成本更低，所以原逻辑根本就没有生效（因为没有达到前提），自然也就不能判断对错。
