题目的意思：每次学校都说经费不够，而每次却都能减。因此得出学校还可以减经费而不会影响到其核心工作。
问题：下面的哪个选项可以有助于得出上面的结论。
思路：结论是还可以继续减少经费，最有利的支持肯定是说学校现有的经费还很多，还可以继续减而不会影响核心工作。如果现在的经费已经是最低，那么就不可能再继续减了，也就不能得出结论。即是B
D：很少的政府部门会支持学校的经费以支持学校的非核心部门运转。言下之意是说，非核心部门的经费不够，学校的非核心部门没钱继续工作，如果政府继续减少该校的经费的话，肯定会影响到核心部门了。这和结论是相悖的。

D说nonessential services are cost,而且几乎没有人支持。如果削减的话，应该是先削减nonessential services啊。这样不就是支持mayor's conclusion了吗？

别总执著于“削减开支”的问题上，考虑一下D选项是否可以作为产生结论的原因，如果可以，就不正确，如果不可以，就正确。

D选项说没人愿意花钱支持学校的那些没用的活动。

想想，这是造成削减开支的原因么？很显然，这有可能是一个原因。所以，这个原因的出现，造成了原来的原因被替代。从而削弱了结论，而不是支持结论推理的过程。
