碰到这种题目头就大, 为啥不可以直接69%*39%呢?
285. DS：在魁北克，问多少人既说英语又说法语
1）有2%啥都不说
2）有69%说法语，39%说英语
这是有个大前提的，就是在魁北克只有英语和法语，没有别的语言

对于条件1，很显然不够充分

对于条件2，只是69%法语和39%英语，没有给一个说英语和法语的总量，所以不充分

对于条件1+2，条件1推出说话的人占98%，这些人不是说法语就是英语，而其中69%法语，39%英语，所以都说的人有69+39-98=10

Because if you do, you are assuming 69% and 39% are indepenent to each other, which is not necessarily true. These two percentages are not statistics for a general population, but rather specific reading a unique group.
