No.10 工作证明应注意的几个问题
　　从雇主那里提供工作证明书要注意的有下面几点：

（一） 证明书要打印在公司信纸上面。

（二） 信纸上应该有公司的详细地址及电话号码。

（三） 证明信应该有单位负责人签名，也应该有公司盖章。

（四） 内容需要清楚讲明父母亲的职位，在什么时候开始工作，每年的总收入有多少，是否包括年薪、房屋津贴、年终奖金及公司分红等等。

（五） 信里面最好能够提供如果需要询问的话，要找谁与其电话号码。

　　因为没有把上列的资料提供，签证官在电话查询时碰到困难引起很多不便及误会。因为这样本来要通过的申请也被拒签了。

No.11 资金证明应注意的几个问题
　　有关资金的问题。签证所需文件中，最重要的就是经济担保方面的文件。简单的说，学生首先必备的一个条件是，必须要有足够的经济担保(主要指存款)支付学生完成所有课程的费用(包括学费、生活费、来回机票及零花钱等)。除此之外，还需提供相应的文件，证明这笔存款是担保人的。有的人可能问"银行出具的存款证明在我的名下，不就可以证明这笔存款是我的了吗？"。其实没有这么简单。存款证明，只能证明在某段时间内，某人名下有这么多的存款。而签证官所要你证明的是，在你名下的这笔存款，全部是你自己积攒的存款，而不是靠亲戚给予或朋友赞助的。这就需要出示你的各项收入的来源证明来证明这一点。同时也可以提供(除存款以外的)其它固定资产，以证明自己的经济实力。除了经济担保的文件做得充分之外，其它的必备文件同样也很重要。在你所有的文件当中，你必须得体现出最重要的一点--"你是一名真正去读书的学生 "。它的含义包括：你现在的状况，有出国留学的需要；你有能力(包括语言、经济等各方面的能力)出国留学，不是以留学为借口而去国外打工；你读完书后一定回国，不会留在澳洲。使馆需要申请人提供下面的资料作为资金证明：

（一） 现金：一般不作证明。

（二） 银行存款：关键部分，绝大多数人使用这一项。

可以递交包括利息、股票、房产，车证以证明你来自一个富有的家庭。但注意，这些证明仅能作为签证的辅助材料。 签证官不把这些看作申请人银行存款的一部分。

（三） 国库券

（四） 股票

（五） 持有公司股份

（六） 房地产

（七） 其它资产情况

（八） 父母收入情况（未成年或者需要父母提供资助）

（九）申请人工资收入证明（年薪或者月薪--提供工资条）

（十）配偶工资证明（已婚）

　　需要在现金、银行存款、国库券与股票方面证明。提供一些利息的清单与一些存折资料显示申请人这些资金是慢慢累积下来的。另外，使馆材料一般不退，别把银行存折也用原件递进去，否则一进去就拿不出来了。附上存折或存单的复印件。怕不放心，公证一下也可以。数额：每年15-20万左右。但是一年最好提供30 万。

No.12 如何写各种留学证明材料
　　证明材料一般出自有关单位，文字应规范、严谨，并加盖有效印章。申请者应提供的证明材料主要有以下几种：

　　1.学历、学位证明，主要是大学、研究生毕业证书，硕士学位证书，博士学位证书；

　　2.成绩单，成绩单是任何申请人都必须提供的，我国大专院校的成绩评定大多采用百分制，而美国则以采用等级制为多，其平均值通常用平均成绩点数（GPA）表示，因此，必须注明所采用的记分方法，最好能提自己在班级所排名次，现在，美国大多数学校都要求申请者通过ETS直接提供TOEFL或GRE 成绩：

　　3.财力证明；

　　4.体检表和健康证明，一般应由指定级别的医院出具；

　　5.学业（术）奖励和工作证明，一般学校尽管不作要求，但获得过奖励和有过实际工作经验的申请者，在录取时必定会得到优先考虑，这一点在申请助教、助研及奖学金时尤为重要。
