为了准备面试，我把过去5年的面经都准备出来了，一共写了14页的草稿。多亏了准备工作多，她问的问题我都准备过，才能比较镇定。
为了方便大家，我把所有问题都分类放到这里，希望对大家有用。↖(^ω^)↗

刚才OSU phone interview了

是个macc的学生打来的。一开始就直接切入正题，说就是要问我几个问题，还有就是我有什么问题也可以问她。接着就问了几个比较基础的问题，你为什么学会计，为什么现在读macc，还问了一下我实习的情况，就完了，然后就让我提问。我刚问了几个不痛不痒的问题，她就有点着急的说，有什么问题可以发email。我一看时间，刚好差几秒到十五分钟。我想可能是有限制时间的吧。总之我感觉不太好，今天很郁闷的感冒了，状态很差，电话又实在听不清楚，她声音很小，我说了几次她都没反应。唉

上周五打的电话，一看时间，才八分钟



一共就四个问题：



1.why this school?



2. why this time?



3.what change do you expect when you study in the school?



4. your work experience



以上问题看似简单，可是每个问题他都用了三个句子来表达，而且速度非常快，比toefl快多拉。第二个问题我就pardon了。。。所以大家要做好准备：他的语速可能快，也可能慢；问问题的方法可能与我们事先准备的不一样；我们要提的问题要事先准备好，我有个问题问了他竟然没听懂。。。另外，很多帖子都提到长途电话会有语音迟缓的问题，可是我那个非常清晰及时，大家也要有准备

[分享]OSU的电话面试

刚刚电话完，就过来发一下，虽然没有什么很多可以分享。。。我参考的是去年的一个好JJ发的OSU的面经。

一个满好的GG面的，他在MAcc的在读生，这是一个非正式的例行的对所有国际申请者都要进行的电话面试。时间控制在15分钟左右。

讲话声音确实不是很大，他语速不慢，虽然能听得懂，但问一个问题或者说一句话都恩长才说完，我真是恨不得像TOEFL听力一样开小差拉。。。

问题也很普通，就是为什么选择OSU，为什么继续读MAcc，还有问了一个PS里面的问题，有关实习的。最后就是可以问他的问题。

我一开始不紧张的，可是一开始回答第一个问题就紧张死拉，到底是衰人第一次面，整个感觉暴差啊，真是希望没有什么影响就好拉！

我没有工作经验,自然申不了MBA,这人力资源的面试和MBA也差不多:

学生面试,不用紧张,我觉得我的英语比她说得流利哈

盼星星，盼月亮，终于盼来了osu的电画面试

昨天晚上面的，那个bernie towne是macc的学生吗，怎么听口音像中年人阿，也不知道是不是电话音质不好。

问了三个问题，why osu ， why macc， 最后一个我有点卡，他说的我的ps里面写的我的梦想是成为cfo，然后问我他们的macc项目会对我的梦想提供什么样的帮助，我当时没想出来，只好又把他们学校有夸了一番。

最后他让我问问题，我先问financial aid，他好像对这个问题已经烦了，语速突然特别快的说了一推，我就听懂了一点。第二个问题只好问问他columbs的天气情况了，这个问题他倒是回答的既详细又语速慢。

倒是不紧张，因为这个学校学费太贵了，我可负担不起，估计给我AD我也不会去的。以我的资格，那个什么merit-based的奖学金肯定是没戏的。

telephone interview from OSU

打电话的是一个macc学生，给我感觉没什么面试的经验，只问了我很平常的几个问题：

Why accounting?
Why MACC?
Why Fisher?
因为我是已经工作的，他问我为什么选择这个时候去读master，后来我知道他也是在E&Y工作了一年才去读书的，所以顿感有了共同语言，问了问他当时的想法，然后就顺着他的思路modify了一番
之后又问了我leadership的问题，让我详细描述一下essay里写的那个小故事
最后问我能不能适应English teaching environment，我说能，和他又闲聊了一会，他感觉聊得还好，就帮我总结了一下，说，Yes, I feel you must have great exposure to English
之后就是让我问他问题，我觉得总问scholarship他们也觉得烦，就问了问他对acccounting,auditing 的看法，这个行业在美国出于什么样的地位，前景怎样。他说good question，之后就像做论文一样，给我详尽的分析了一番。问他job placement，他说今年已经有几个international students 拿到great offer 了，说osu的就业情况还是很不错的。

Finally finish my interview!!

OSU的MLHR program 面试，材料很早就送了，面试通知也是这个月初才来的，时间拖太长了，不是太习惯。自己写的ps都快忘记了……面试是由现在在读的学生conduct的，听口音应该是美国本地的，挺纯正的，听起来没什么难度，就是电话不清楚的时候很麻烦，今晚就有两个问题只听到一半，要重复。去年Topway上也有人面了，今晚面前还特意按照那个准备了个提纲，谁知道基本没怎么用上……

Can't remember very clear about each one. Just post those I have marked down in a hurry during the interview. Have to use English since it's better to recall the interview process. Sorry... Questions are as followed.

1. Why OSU

    Seems that this is quite an important question. It was on last year's list. Unfortunately I didn't pay big enough attention to it before...

2. Why choose master now

3. Why need academic background

    This might be raised because I don't have an HR Bachelor degree

4. What challenges expected after arriving in the US and starting the program

5. Questions regarding my PS

    ①The cause/ relationship between my activities and my choice of HR

      Because I began my PS telling my organisation activities and achievement on campus

    ② Inernship

      Have to tell details about my job and accomplishment. This part is a bit tough 'cause I have to describe a very complicated hr system...


Not very nervous at the beginning, but somehow getting anxious at the near ending. Now even shivering upon finishing...

The whole interview went on for about 25 minutes. It's really a wonderful one and I enjoy it very much, especially it's my first and maybe the only phone interview. My interviewer is so nice that she gave me really valuable information about the program and I'm more eager to go on my path than before.

Still waiting for decisions to come, but with a relaxing mood. The experiences on my way to abroad is good up till now. Feeling that I value the experience more than the ultimate results.
