我觉得所有选项都有问题. B 的问题是, the suspect was...told he could not leave, 这里是否是宾语从句? 为什么可以不加that?

若不分开就会导致“他有权利去做后面的事情”这在逻辑上是不通的。我是从句仪来理解的。“宾语从句”？不是。
