答案是A。但是我找了之前的讨论后还是无法理解。more和increasingly放在一起到底怎么理解呢？因为A后半句的正常结构就是the city air would become more increasingly acidic.

我只能说这个题的A选项是最佳答案吧，这个错误还不至于其他的选项一样不可接受，呵呵

我把increasingly当作more看了后觉得B就越看越可爱。杯具就这么发生了。。。

这个应该算是the more.... the more....固定搭配吧。
