E的错误说是：“to have begun”"has been expanding"要parallel。
那 to have begun这个用法是对的吗？可以这样用吗？

我只见过一次就是be known to have done。是有特殊含义的，表明have done的行为在be known之前发生的。

其他时候没见过。：“to have begun”"has been expanding本身不平行。OG的意思应该是，and前后句子要平行，后面是完整句子前面也应该有谓语，而不能用不定式

恩，谢谢。我想成那要平行，是不是可以都改成 to have done这个形式。在这里 the universe to have begun in ...应该是不可以的吧？

不行， that引导的谓语从句，要有主谓宾

噢，是的。大意了！但两个都是 has been done应该也不可吧，有个发生的先后问题。

想请问一下为什么C中expand修饰的是instant而D中expand修饰的就是beginning呢？
