答案是D。我错选了Ａ。

我的疑问是，为什么它把原文最后一句话Fuel就理解为Oil了呢？
我就是理解为oil+natural gas+...了，所以觉得A也有道理：如果Oil的产量超过natual gas，那么现在换了heating systems就是一个错误的选择，fuel的进口将会转为natural gas。
不知道除了对单词的理解有问题，对这题有这样的逻辑分析是不是也有问题？
