翻看了以前的讨论，大家的思路我明白：
subway的人拥挤导致赶train的人delay，所以政府扩大subway的乘客量20%，必然会导致拥挤的加剧。然而train trip的数量仅仅增加5%，为什么不会让delay增加
答案：计划扩大的乘客量是在train的低峰期，也就是train人少的时候，这时候train trip增加5% over the same period，所以delay一定不会增加

可是我不能理解这句话（打死我吧。。）

可是这里。。because it is difficult for passengers to exit from the trains。。好像是先坐trains再坐subway啊。。。。那以上推理不就不成立了？
