原文说如果工人被雇佣后supplement不会将工人的工资提高到比

会选择继续事业状态。 C项很好的反对了没有financial incentive这个观点，

C项说被雇佣的人找的新工作会比失业者找的工作的工资低，这样的话，失

业者接受supplement，虽然目前不能有个高的工资，但是在以后找工作的时

候会找到更好的。这样的话，C项填补了financial incentive
