这题答案是E，我怎么看不懂啊！好像条件不够啊？每天vitamins需要是多少啊？这是常识吗？

一gram食物提供一天所需的3% VA 和 7% VE，  那么一天需要吃多少食物才够？

一克含一天E需要量的3%，又没有其他来源，所以一天吃大约33克就够一天的量了（至于vitaman E，33克已经足够多了，因为每克含7%。）

凡是你不知道的就不是常识。所谓常识是指一年是365天或者人数一定是整数等等99.99%的人都知道的东西。
