不过想问下  if A is ,B will be 这个应该是必须的吧 应该算是硬错误吧  og里也多次提到过  比如og12 67题 如果后面没有用将来是都是算错的
按逻辑来说  if条件句的主语也是表示未发生的事情 要用将来时   这逻辑比A中的in attributing是谁发出的逻辑要优先的多吧？

不一定非要用将来时吧。我的想法是 if A happens, B will happen  表示事件 B 还没有发生过，B是A发生所导致的可能结果，所以用将来时。但是还有一种是 if A happens, B happens. 也就是79题的结构 表示只要A发生，B就可以发生，并且每次都是这样（发生过多次），强调一种规律性，所以用一般现在时。因此我觉得并不能说 if A is, B will be 这个是肯定对的，得看句意。不知道这样解释能说通吗？

我觉得if A,B 这种结构还是只能用来表达一种A发生 B将会发生的感觉吧   og上面如果划线部分考到这点的也都有明确要求说主句要用将来时（虽然og里没几道考到 囧） 只有这道有点奇怪  而且即便像您那样解释  且不说79这种题能不能说是一种规律性 也不能解释为啥不用将来时吧～呵呵 个人见解 欢迎讨论

我又好好想了一下，发现OG上其实有很多例子可以说明这个问题，楼主参考一下哈。
OG12 SC 12题，67题，122题 都是印证了 if A happens, B will(can) happen (而B还没有发生)，表示一种预期，所以主句用将来时。
至于 if A happens, B happens 这种表示规律的例子就更多了，楼主请翻到OG 前面 Math review的部分，一眼望去都是这种句子。e.g. page108 - If at least one factor of a product of integers is even, then the product is even....。至于SC 79题，我想可能因为是在描述关于法律的执行问题，也可以算作是规则或者规律，所以才用的一般现在时吧。

其实if A happens, then B happens A发生 必然导致B发生的（肯定）概念  if A happens, B will happen 用将来式的目的就是表示一种不确定的概念·
