题里说的很明白啊。。。这段时间的INFLATION可以忽略不计。。。正确答案就肯定不是在INFLATION状态下的事情呢，很无关的选项啊。。。
而且E更好啊，题里其实要解释的是为什么好像钱多了，但是生活水平没变。也就是钱和生活水平的关系。
E的实际意思就是有了政府补贴之后孩子给的钱就少了，所以老人手里的钱还是刚好ENOUGH来过舒适的生活。也是钱和生活水平的关系。
所以其实单从和原ARGUMRNT的相关性来看就很容易把前4个排除，选E了。
